Hi everyone, this is Aya from the design team.

Before we start, can everyone hear me?

Today, we need to agree on the launch date.

電話での名乗りには This is Aya.

  1. Aya

Hi everyone, this is Aya. Thanks for joining. Can everyone hear me?

  2. Ben・応答

Yes, I can hear you clearly.

  3. Aya・目的

Today, we need to agree on the launch date. We have two items: testing and the schedule.

  4. Aya・指名

Ben, could you give us a quick update on testing?

  5. Ben・報告

The first test is complete. We need one more day to check the remaining issues.

  6. Mina・確認

Just to confirm, can we finish testing by Thursday?

  7. Ben・回答

Yes. I’ll send the results by Thursday afternoon.

  8. Aya・締め

Let me recap. Ben will send the test results by Thursday afternoon. We’ll confirm the launch date after that. Thanks, everyone.

What do you think?
