Thank you for joining today.

Today, I’d like to propose a small trial of our new process.

I’ll cover the problem, the proposal, and the next steps.

    Repeated checks across three teams
Same information checked more than once

Three teams are checking the same information, so some of the work is repeated.

    One shared checklist
Record completed checks in one place

I suggest using one shared checklist so each team can see what is already complete.

    One-week trial
One team · Review repeated checks

I’d like your approval to run a one-week trial with one team and review the results together.

Thank you for joining today. I’d like to propose a small trial of our new process. I’ll cover the problem, the proposal, and the next steps.

Let me start with the problem. As you can see on this slide, three teams are checking the same information. This means we’re doing some of the work twice.

Now, let’s look at the proposal. I suggest using one shared checklist. Each team would record its checks there, so the next team could see what is already complete.

Before we make a wider change, I recommend a one-week trial with one team. We would record any repeated checks and review the results together.

To recap, we have a problem with repeated checks. The proposal is one shared checklist, and the next step is a small trial.

I’d like your approval to start the trial next week. Thank you for your time. I’d be happy to take any questions.

It increased.
